Sales related categories led Darien's residential real estate statistics for the week ending today.
Included in those were seven accepted offers and three properties which went under contract.
Results in other categories, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- 10 new listings of property for sale;
-- Six price changes, and
-- One newly reported closing.
