Ingrid Becker, Christopher Zappal, and Jayne Ziegler will all contribute exceptional talent and expertise to this renowned, family-owned business. Ingrid Becker brings 25 years of experience as a certified kitchen designer to DEANE Inc. She holds a degree in interior design as well as a certification in kitchen design. Specializing in creating residential kitchens and baths, her beautifully planned spaces pay close attention to useful existing features and focus on amending those that need to be changed. Ms. Becker initially develops her plans for each space based on the appliances her clients choose, and often takes a "less is more" approach to her designs.
For over a decade, Christopher Zappal has been a passionate kitchen and bath designer. After a career as owner and manager in his family's 90-year-old haberdashery business, he flourishes with a background in consultative client relations. Since the beginning of his design career, Mr. Zappala has always respected DEANE Inc.'s reputation and history. Thus, he was thrilled when the opportunity arose to work for DEANE Inc., as it is a chance for him to utilize all his designing experiences in a familiar, family-owned environment. Mr. Zappal professes his best attribute when working with clients to be his ability to enhance the layout of a space by working with existing features while integrating new aspects to create a unique and timeless design.
Jayne Ziegler, a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, began her professional career selling blue jeans for Sergio Valente. However, she quickly underwent a career change into the construction field where she remodeled homes for resale. Ultimately, she chose to specialize in the kitchen industry. Following her 15-year lead into the industry, Ms. Ziegler gained valuable experience designing in New York City. This exposure led to designing and selling many contemporary, modern, and eclectic projects. Ms. Ziegler has an uncanny ability to make kitchens fit into odd or small spaces. She also possesses remarkable listening skills which allow her to design kitchens that go beyond her clients' expectations.
