Details Announced For Stamford Downtown's 'Heights & Lights' Event

The annual event features a rappel from Landmark Square in downtown Stamford.

STAMFORD, CT — Details for one of Stamford's holiday traditions have been announced.

The annual Heights & Lights event presented by Reckson is scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 4, at 5 p.m. The night will feature a rappel from Santa Claus, Rudolph, the Grinch and other friends from 22 stories high and one of Stamford's tallest buildings, Landmark Square. A festive fireworks show will follow.

After the rappel, Santa and friends will march up Bedford Street to Latham Park for holiday music and the lighting of Stamford's holiday tree.
