Details Announced For Stamford's 2024 Memorial Day Parade

A date has been set for the annual parade and ceremony.

STAMFORD, CT — Plans have been announced for this year's Memorial Day parade and ceremony in Stamford.

The Stamford Patriotic & Special Events Commission in conjunction with Stamford Veterans Council, Stamford Veterans Park Partnership, and Stamford Veterans Resource Center, will hold the annual parade and ceremony on Sunday, May 19.

This year's grand marshal will be Stamford native and U.S. Army veteran Al Koproski.

The parade will step off at 12 p.m. from the Stamford Police Department, head straight down Bedford Street, across Broad Street to Atlantic Street, and end at Veterans Memorial Park. A ceremony will be held immediately following the parade in the park at 130 Atlantic St.

The festivities will also be live streamed. A link will be shared closer to the day of the parade in May.
