Di Roma’s Pizza and Italian Eatery has now been in business for a little over 3 months, and owner Arben “Benny” Ajruli is committed to Stratford for the long haul. Ajruli, the owner and head chef of the restaurant, is the sole owner of the small eatery on 817 Success Ave in Stratford. Ajruli has a commitment to his business that is hard to find today. An owner who is the one pushing out the food.
Within many modern restaurants, the owners simply walk around, go collect the nights earnings, and tell their employees what to do for the next day. Here at Di Roma’s, we are committed to customer service excellence, with over 90% of the menu items being homemade. Ajruli is in his establishment nearly every day, working the front, making pizzas, or sending out delicious subs or entrees. We want the people of Stratford and neighboring towns to give Di Roma’s—the little guy—a shot to earn their business.
