Dispute Over Noise Leads to Deportee's Arrest in Stamford

The suspect is reportedly accused of brandishing a gun during a dispute with fellow tenants.

A Stamford man who’s already been deported from the country once is facing a weapons charge following a dispute with fellow tenants over the weekend.

Oscar Figueroa, 30, of Lafayette Street, was charged with reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, carrying a dangerous weapon, threatening, violation of probation and failure to appear at court, after he reportedly threatened tenants in his apartment building in a dispute about noise, according to The Advocate.

Figueroa was arrested after police found two guns in his apartment.
