Dogs Found in Poor Condition, Stamford Woman Arrested: PD
Four dogs were taken for evaluation, including two puppies.

STAMFORD, CT —A city woman was arrested after police found her dogs in poor condition, according to police.
Police were tipped off when a neighbor called to complain about them barking at night, according to the Stamford Advocate.
Four dogs were taken to the animal hospital, including two puppies. The adult dogs were later released to the owner.

Susan Tandet, 55, of Westview Lane was arrested.
