In the second part to this series, we will dive deeper into the complex nature of domestic violence to understand why it isn't always easy for a victim to leave. Participants will learn about the various methods of control abusers use, as well as specific barriers that impact vulnerable populations like the immigrant population and the LGBTQ+ community. In today's world, it is no longer enough to just stand by and witness injustice and not do anything about it.
