Learn the best ways to manage stress, anxiety and worry while increasing positivity and happiness through multiple mindfulness meditation practices!

Stamford Downtown is sponsoring a guided painting class in Veteran's Park led by Pinot’s Palette-Stamford. The class is open to everyone, no special skills or experience needed.
