Downtown Stamford Apartment Complex Sold for $100 Million

325 units were involved in the deals.

STAMFORD, CT — Two downtown apartment buildings sold for around $100 million recently.

A 200-unit building at 66 Summer Street and a 125-unit building at 1340 Washington Blvd. sold in what is the largest property sale of the year so far, according to the Stamford Advocate.

The buyers and sellers were different for both transactions.
