STAMFORD, CT — The Stamford Police Department is hosting a dug take back event on Oct. 29 from a0 a.m. to 2 p.m. at police headquarters, 725 Bedford St.

This is a free, anonymous and environmentally safe way to dispose of unwanted or used medications.

Any prescription drug, over-the-counter drug like Aspirin or Tylenol, or pet medication, can be thrown away. No liquids, creams or needles will be accepted.
