In this Introduction to Meditation class you will learn several practical Meditation techniques that will increase your capacity to deal with the special stresses that being a mom brings. Drop off the kids at school or at our in-house Open Exploration program, and join us to clear out, center, and rejuvenate your mind!
Class is taught while seated in chairs, so no special dress code is required.
