Free Back-To-School Vaccine Clinics Offered By City Of Stamford
These clinics are designed to provide easy access to essential vaccines to ensure a healthy start to the new school year.
STAMFORD, CT — In preparation of back-to-school season, the city of Stamford Department of Health & Human Services has announced free vaccine clinics for Stamford residents and Stamford Public Schools students.
These clinics are designed to provide easy access to essential vaccines to ensure a healthy start to the new school year.
The clinics are currently open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with extended hours from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, at 137 Henry St. The clinic will run through Sept. 4.

No insurance is needed. For vaccines, appointments are preferred but walk-ins are welcome. For a well-child physical, appointments are required. The public can call 203-977-5385 to schedule in advance.

- For kids: birth certificate or passport and vaccine records (in English)
- For parents: Passport or driver’s license
- For caregivers (other than parent): Notarized papers that state legal connection of care for the child and Passport or driver’s license.

- Hib

- Td
- Pentacel (Dtap/IPV/Hib)
- Hep B
- Kinrix (Dtap/IPV)
- MMR
