STAMFORD, CT — Community Health Center, Inc. of Stamford is expanding its free coronavirus testing effort to seven days a week, according to officials.
The organization operates two testing sites — at Scalzi Park on Bridge Street, and at the CHC facility on Fifth Street — and now testing will be available from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at both locations from Monday through Sunday.
"CHC offers free drive-up and walk-up COVID-19 testing to children and adults of all ages," officials said. "Individuals do not need to be experiencing symptoms, have a referral or make an appointment to be tested. Results are generally available in 2-3 days."
