General Electric to Shut Stamford Offices in Move to Norwalk: Report

The company sold its Stamford location on High Ridge Road.

STAMFORD, CT — General Electric is planning to move the last remaining employees from its High Ridge Road location in Stamford to offices on Main Avenue in Norwalk, reports the Stamford Advocate.

The company already has several hundred employees stationed in Norwalk, following GE's move out of Fairfield to Boston.

GE's transplanted Stamford workers will go into The Towers complex at 801 and 901 Main Ave., where Diageo North America is also located.
