Jersey Mike's Subs To Open Location In Stamford

The Jersey Mike's franchise is opening up the first Stamford location on Wednesday.

STAMFORD, CT — The first Jersey Mike's Subs shop in Stamford will open on July 21 at 1209 High Ridge Road.

Franchise owner Joseph Cugine will hold a grand opening and fundraising event from July 21-25 to support Hole In The Wall Gang Camp. Customers with a special fundraising coupon can make a minimum $3 contribution to Hole in the Wall Gang in exchange for a regular sub. Customers must have a coupon to be eligible.

Since 2010, according to a news release, Jersey Mike’s locations throughout the country have raised more than $65 million for local charities. In 2021, the company’s 11th Annual Jersey Mike’s Month of Giving in March raised over $15 million for more than 200 charities nationwide.

"CKA is a fast-growing, multi-brand, quick service restaurant franchise enthusiastically serving up quality, value, and service," Cugine said in a news release. "We own and operate over 80 stores across four states and don’t plan on stopping there. The Stamford location will be open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week. Customers can contact the store directly at 203-653-5653.

Guests can place takeout orders in-store or for pickup through the website or through the Jersey Mike’s app. Delivery is available in most areas through the Jersey Mike’s app or through third-party delivery partners. Curbside pickup is available for orders placed in the Jersey Mike’s app.

Jersey Mike’s Subs has more than 2,500 locations open and under development nationwide. The store serves authentic fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs on in-store freshly baked bread using the same recipe it started with in 1956.

Menu items include a variety of hot and cold subs, including the Original Italian with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni, or the Club Sub which has applewood smoked bacon on top of a foundation of turkey, ham, and provolone, topped with mayo.

Subs can be made "Mike's Way" with fresh vegetables – onions, lettuce and tomatoes – topped off with a zing of "the juice" red wine vinegar and an olive oil blend. Authentic cheesesteaks are grilled fresh.
