Landmark Exteriors Celebrates Expansion and Recognized for Community Contributions

On Thursday, October 13^th, the autumn drizzle did not stop the Norwalk based company, Landmark Exteriors - a full service roofing, siding and gutter company, from celebrating its recent expansion of premises.

Landmark invited business partners and neighbors to a party showcasing their expanded and much improved premises. The expansion was part of a celebration of 20 years in business – operating the entire time out of Norwalk. Landmark has survived several recessions and continues to be strong and expand. Owner and operator, Scott Teed, attributes the continued success of the company to its solid reputation in the communities in which it operates. In his words, “our reputation is our promise.”

Mayor Rilling made the expanded property launch official with a mayoral ribbon cutting – recognizing the time and effort Landmark has expended in order to benefit the area. In November 2015, the property next door to Landmark went up for sale, and recognizing an opportunity, Landmark purchased it. Priding themselves on their commitment to the community, Landmark demolished the blighted building and cleaned up the area by installing curbs, grass and landscaping. The company now maintains a much larger portion of the block - adding to the overall beautification of the neighborhood.
