Landscaper Illegally Dumped Garbage In Stamford: Report
Trash was found discarded in a parking lot in May.

STAMFORD, CT — A North Stamford has been cited for illegally dumping trash in May in a parking lot off Hope Street in the city's Springdale section, reports the Stamford Advocate.
Jeremy Rosa, 36, a landscaper, was issued a citation after police said the landlord of the building that houses Family Tree Yoga Studio and Pop Music Academy on Hope Street - where the garbage was dumped - found a copy of a pool cover purchase order in the debris.
On the document, the landlord and city officials tracked down the homeowner who had the cover discarded, who said that Rosa had been contracted to pick up the garbage and throw it away. In addition to the pool cover, authorities found other items that matched what the homeowner wanted thrown out.
