"We are pleased to have completed this transaction," CBRE spokesman Jeff Dunne said in a statement. "Infinity Harbor Point is a trophy asset and offers a unique waterfront experience with marinas, walking paths and boardwalks. With the Stamford Transportation Center and I-95 just
0.50± miles away, residents have incredible access to employment across the greater New York City region, and Infinity at Harbor Point offers the amenities, services and aesthetic of a Manhattan high-rise living at significantly more affordable rent level. As a relatively recent entrant to Stamford, we believe that the acquisition of Infinity Harbor Point will help to anchor AJH Management as a leader in the Class A multifamily market."
