Man, 70, Found With Dozens Of Bags Of Fentanyl: Stamford Police
The arrest occurred April 24, according to police.
STAMFORD, CT — A 70-year-old man was arrested last week after police say he was found in possession of dozens of bags of fentanyl.
Ray Person, of Stamford, was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.
On the afternoon of April 24, police received information that Person was getting off a train in Stamford in possession of fentanyl and going to the area of Richmond Hill Avenue to conduct drug sales, police said.

Officers subsequently found Person in the area of Richmond Hill Avenue and detained him. During a search, officers recovered 68 bags of fentanyl imprinted with "X It" from Person, police said.
Person was issued a court-set bond of $5,000 and is scheduled to appear in court on May 8.
