Man Dies After Fall From Stamford Mall Parking Structure: Police
Police said the man died after falling from a parking structure at the Stamford Town Center mall.

STAMFORD, CT — Police said a man in his 40s died Monday morning after falling from a parking structure at the Stamford Town Center mall.
Police Capt. Richard Conklin said the man fell from a level of the parking garage to a loading dock located at the rear of the mall near Edith Sherman Drive. He was pronounced dead shortly after, Conklin said.
The death appears to be a suicide, according to Conklin.

Officers responded to the mall around 9:30 a.m. and shut down areas of the loading dock and the parking garage for a short period of time, Conklin said. The mall remained open.
