Man Exposed Himself, Touched Girl in Stamford: PD

STAMFORD, CT—Police are seeking to identify a man who exposed himself and inappropriately touched a teenage girl near the bus stop at Ursula Place and Orange Street, according to police.

The incident happened Oct. 27 at 6:45 a.m. The victim called 911 and the man quickly ran off in the direction of East Main Street. The suspect has been seen in the area before.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his 30's, approximately 5'6'' with a medium build and medium complexion. He has a scruffy beard and was wearing a dark black or navy hat, a green sweater and blue jeans.
