Man With Stamford Connections Competing in Olympics

A rugby player who calls Stamford his hometown will compete in the 2016 Olympics.

STAMFORD, CT—Chris Wyles of Stamford will held represent Team USA at the 2016 Rio Olympics.

Wyles is a fullback in rugby. He was born in Allentown, PA and his hometown is Stamford, according to his Team USA profile page.

He attended Haileybury and Imperial Service College in Hertford, England for high school and majored in politics at University of Nottingham.
