Man Tried to Undress Woman After Stamford Date: PD
He dropped the victim off after a date and she thought he had left, police said.
STAMFORD, CT—A local man was arrested after he tried to undress a sleeping woman after dropping her off following a date, according to police.
The incident happened on July 17 and Jose Penaranda, 23, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault, according to the Stamford Advocate.
The victim said she was dropped off by Penaranda after a few drinks and awoke to find him trying to undress her. He wasn't invited in, according to police.
