Millions Of Dollars OKed By State For Stamford Projects: Report

The State Bond Commission approved funding for the projects Wednesday.

STAMFORD, CT — A total of $8.4 million has been approved by the State Bond Commission to fund several Stamford projects, writes the Stamford Advocate. The funding was approved by the state group Wednesday.

Included in the funding package is $3 million for a loan to KPMG to expand in Stamford and create jobs in the city.

Additionally, the state approved funding for improvements to Veterans Park and the Rich Forum and Palace Threatre.
