New Latin Restaurant Opens In Downtown Stamford
The new restaurant offers Latin fusion food.

STAMFORD, CT — A new Latin fusion theme restaurant has opened in the downtown area. Aguapanelas is located at 84 W. Park Place.
Owner Camilo Rodriguez, 34, comes from a family of restaurant owners. His father owns Javy's Burgers in Port Chester and Pollos Mario in Queens, according to the Stamford Advocate. He ran Javy's Burgers before opening his own establishment.
Stamford appealed to him for a restaurant location because he lived there for 10 years after immigrating from Medellin, Colombia.
