Obituary: Curtis Gaylor, Sr., 80, Of Stamford

Curtis C. Gaylor, Sr., 80, a lifelong resident of Stamford passed away peacefully on Monday, March 21, 2022 at Cassena Care of Stamford.

He was born in Stamford on May 19, 1941 to Myrtle Irene Lillie Gaylor and the late Newton R. Gaylor. Besides his mother, Myrtle I. Lillie Gaylor, he is also survived by his daughter, Patricia E. Chichester of NC, his son, Curtis C. Gaylor, Jr. and his wife Cheryl of NH, three brothers, Richard, Gary and David Gaylor and a sister, Debbie Brown. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Maxwell, Nicole and Zachary Chichester. Besides his father, Curtis is also predeceased by his brother, Edward Gaylor and his former wife, Kathleen Smith Gaylor.

Funeral services and Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Curtis’ memory to the American Diabetes Association, P.O Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116-7023 The Nicholas F.
