Obituary: Daniel Frank DiBenedetto, 46, Of Stamford

Daniel Frank DiBenedetto, 46, of Stamford, CT entered into the arms of God after a courageous journey with cancer on July 31, 2021.

Dan was born on February 27, 1975 in Bronx, NY to Pasquale and Diana DiBenedetto of Tarrytown, NY. He graduated from Fairfield University with a B.S. in Biology where he met his loving wife. He was a Corporate Vice President in the Corporate Compliance Division of New York Life for 15 years.

Dan is survived by his wife Jamie (Pucci) and four beautiful children Derek, Sabrina, Jared, and Aaron as well as a large, caring and supportive family.

Dan was a man of strong faith, and family was the most important thing to him. A devoted husband and father, he put himself before all others and enjoyed watching his boys play soccer and had an unbreakable bond and an angelic affection for his little girl.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday Aug. 4, 2021 at Lacerenza Funeral Home in Stamford, CT from 4-8pm. The Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday Aug. 5, 2021 10:30am at the Church of the Holy Spirit in Stamford, CT. Interment will follow at Queen of Peace Cemetery in Stamford, CT.
