David graduated from Rippowam High School with the class of 1977 and lettered in varsity football and wrestling. After graduation he was employed by Bonnie Doon Hosiery and the WWE, always ready and willing to go above and beyond, priding himself on perfect attendance at both jobs.

David lived his life with selflessness and determination. Epilepsy did not limit his ability to live life. He loved his family and all he did was heartfelt, and he was honored to be named Godfather to his nieces Christina and Deanna. He was an avid fan of the NY Yankees, the New York Giants and the UCONN Women's basketball team and loved to discuss all aspects and details of the games with his nephews.
