Obituary: David Prindle, 56, Lifelong Stamford Resident

With great sadness we announce the passing of David Prindle, 56. A lifelong resident of Stamford. David passed away peacefully on October 6, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. David was born in Stamford, CT on February 14, 1967, to Catherine and Robert Prindle, and maternal grandparents Dominick and Rose Romaniello and was one of fourteen children born to Catherine and Robert.

David is survived by his loving siblings, Karen, June and her husband Ronald, MaryEllen, Catherine and her husband Robert, Lorraine, Dominick and girlfriend Donna, Gloria, Elizabeth and her husband Mark, Kimberly and Dennis. David is also survived by his 27 nieces and nephews 15 great nieces and nephews and many cousins and extended family. David is predeceased by his mother Catherine Prindle, his brother Robert, sisters Pamela and Rosemarie and brother in law Franz Trinkaus.

David grew up in the Cove and remained there for most of his life, with his large loving family. He attended Westhill High School, and later worked to obtain his GED. David worked as a Carpenter and Handyman most of his life, first for small, local companies then as a self-employed builder in later years. David also loved motorcycle riding in the summer, and snowmobiling and skiing in the winters, both in Vermont and upstate NY with his many friends.

Family and friends may call at the Thomas M. Gallagher Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, CT on Monday, October 16th, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Interment will be held on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at Fairfield Memorial Park Cemetery in Stamford.
