Obituary: Frederick Richard Joerman, 78, Of Stamford

Fredrick R. Joerman, age 78, of Stamford, Ct. peacefully passed away February 25, 2024, at Norwalk Hospital, after a lengthy illness. Fred was born on November 26, 1945 to the late August and Elly Joerman. Fred has lived in Stamford for the majority of his life. Fred graduated from J.M. Wright Technical School in 1963 and proudly served the next three years in the united stats Navy. Upon returning to Stamford, he started his longtime profession as a carpenter and R.E. Property manager. He volunteered for many years at his beloved church, St Johns Lutheran Church on New field Ave in Stamford. Over his lifetime he made many close friends who will miss him and have many fond memories of their friendships. Fred is survived by his son, Justin and granddaughter June, his son Danny and granddaughter Harper, his daughter, Melissa and 2 grandsons, Alex and Frankie, and his former wife and longtime friend Kathy. He is also survived by his brother Bill, sister-in-law Carolee and numerous nieces and nephews, and finally, he will be missed by his longtime canine companion Marley.
