Giovanni passed at Stamford Hospital on January 2, 2024.

He was born on October 27, 1927, in Toritto, Bari, Italy the son of the late Donato Servedio and Maria Savino.

He is survived by his loving and dedicated wife Isabella Fariello, and his four children, Donato his wife Kathy, Maria, Angela and Antonia husband Rolf. His grandchildren Daniela, Isabella, John H, John, Daniel, Jordan, Liam, Enaney, JohnAnthony, and his great and great-great-grandchildren. His brother Damian Servedio, was predeceased by his wife (Vivian DeSimone) his sisters Filomena Sandolo, was predeceased by her husband (Roberto Sandolo) and Grazia Lionetti, (Michele Lionetti), and many nieces and nephews that adored him. Giovanni was also predeceased by his sisters Antonia,Franca, Maria, and brothers Joe and Dominick, sister-in-law Linda, and brothers-in-law Rocco and Frank.

Our beloved husband and father has broken our hearts into a million pieces. Please God hold him in your embrace eternarnally.

Family and friends will be received on January 5, 2024, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at Lacerenza Macari Family Funeral Home, 8 Schyler Avenue, Stamford, Ct. A Funeral mass will immediately be held by Rev. Alfonso Picone at 10:30 am, Sacred Heart Church, 37 Schyler Avenue, Stamford, Ct., 06902.

Burial will be private attended by immediate family only.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or any of your choice.
