Obituary: Lawrence Marimow, 80, Of Stamford

Lawrence Marimow, beloved husband, father and grandfather, and resident of Stamford, CT, passed away on the evening of Sunday, July 9, 2023 with his loving family by his side. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on October 19, 1942 to the late Jack and Madeline (Benieri) Marimow. Lawrence was 80 years old at the time of his passing.

Lawrence is survived by his devoted wife Eileen, his daughter Beth and her husband Craig, and his grandchildren whom he adored, Jared and Madison. He is also survived by his sister, Carole Nussbaum, and two nephews, Jamie and Russell.

Calling hours will take place on Thursday, July 20th from 1PM to 3PM at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home and Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, CT 06902. A memorial service will begin at 1:30PM. The family will also be sitting Shiva on the same evening from 5PM to 9PM at Beth and Craig's home at 169 Butternut Lane, Stamford, CT 06903.
