Obituary: Patrick F. Brennan, 56, Of Stamford

Patrick F. Brennan November 3, 1965 - July 15, 2022. With broken hearts we mourn the loss of Patrick F. Brennan, who passed away suddenly at the age of 56 on Friday, 7/15/22 while working in Bridgeport, CT. Patrick was born and raised in Stamford, CT. Patrick has lived his life in Connecticut and Co. Leitrim, Ireland, where he is survived by his beautiful children Genevieve, Conor, Chloe and Martin and predeceased by his son Eugene.
Patrick is also survived by his loving mother, Mary Brennan (Co. Roscommon), and predeceased by his father EugeneV. Brennan (Co. Leitrim). He will be forever missed by his siblings Rita Gallagher and husband Leo; Sheila Brennan and Brian; Eugene Brennan and wife Diane; Patricia Brennan and Jeff and Kathleen Darling and husband Billy. His energy and fun hearted spirit will be missed by his nieces and nephews Pat McNulty; Shannon and Mickey Csapilla; Dylan and Tyler Brennan; Thomas Costigan and Grace and Eugene Darling. Patrick was the life of the party no matter where he was and lived that life to the fullest. He will be remembered and missed by all his many aunts, uncles and cousins in the States and in Ireland as well as by the many friends he has made along the way. Patrick has worked his whole life in the field of concrete and construction, starting at his father’s company Brennan Construction. We have all lost a good friend…

The funeral arrangements will be handled by Thomas M. Gallagher Funeral Home, 104 Myrtle Ave Stamford, CT (203)-359-9999. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at The Church of St. Cecilia 1184 Newfield Avenue on Saturday July 23, 2022 at 10:00am, where he went to school, received all his sacraments and was an altar server.
Interment will follow at Queen of Peace Cemetery at 124 Rock Rimmon Rd, Stamford, CT 06903

No calling hours will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in Pat’s name to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org.
