Peruvian Restaurant Back in Stamford After 18 Years

Fiesta was closed after a 1998 fire.

STAMFORD, CT — A Peruvian restaurant that burned down in 1998 is back in Stamford.

Fiesta on Man opened Feb. 3 at 249 Main St., according to the Stamford Advocate.

The Rojas family opened up other Fiesta locations.

The new location seats 80 and is about double the size of the Rojas' restaurant on Atlantic Street.
