Popular Stamford Market Building Up For Sale: Report

STAMFORD, CT — The site of the popular Fairway Market, located at 699 Canal Street in Stamford, has been put up for sale, the Stamford Advocate reported. Commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield is marketing the property.

According to the Stamford Advocate, the firm's listing makes no mention of an asking price, however no tenant changes appear to be planned for the approximately 85,000-square-foot property.

The Stamford store is Fairway's only location in Connecticut, according to the company's website. The store has a number of locations in New York in New Jersey.
