Public Hearings Scheduled For Stamford Housing Affordability Plan
Stamford is embarking on its first housing plan in over 20 years. The public comment sessions will be held on Nov. 18 and Dec. 1.

STAMFORD, CT — The City of Stamford will hold two public comment sessions via Zoom to collect input for the upcoming Stamford Housing Affordability Plan, according to an announcement from the city.
Earlier this year, Stamford embarked on its first housing plan in over 20 years. The last such effort led to the creation of Section 7.4 Below Market Rate Housing Program, the city said, adding that Stamford's landmark housing program has led to over 1,000 new units of affordable housing.
On Nov. 18 at 8 p.m. the Land Use Bureau will host the first of two public comment sessions.
