Rapper 50 Cent To Appear At Hey Stamford! After Dark

The highly-anticipated Hey Stamford! Food Festival is spread out over two weekends from Aug. 15-18 and Aug. 23-25

STAMFORD, CT — Award-wining rapper, actor, television producer and businessman 50 Cent is coming to Stamford.

The acclaimed artist will appear at the Hey Stamford! Food Festival as part of "Hey Stamford After Dark" on Aug. 23. Gates at Mill River Park will open at 5 p.m.

Tickets begin at $59.50 plus fees, and they're available online. Age 21-plus only with valid government issued ID.

"Recognized as one of the most talented and prolific music artists of his time, 50 Cent rose to fame with his record-shattering debut album, 'Get Rich or Die Tryin’.' Since then, he has sold more than 30 million albums worldwide and has been awarded the most prestigious accolades," Hey Stamford! said in a news release.

The appearance is part of "Hey Stamford! After Dark," a new component of the popular food festival that will feature live music, a vibrant concert atmosphere and beer garden from Aug. 23-25.

The highly-anticipated event is spread out over two weekends, beginning Aug. 15-18.

There will be a Taylor Swift/Olivia Rodrigo dance party on Aug. 15; Pizzapalooza, CT’s ultimate pizza festival on Aug. 16; a "food truck frenzy" and the first annual Rocco’s Burger Bash with other celebrity guests on Aug. 17; and an island themed party on Aug. 18.

"Hey Stamford! Food Festival is truly what summertime is all about — coming together with friends and family to celebrate and enjoy delicious food and great music," said Hey Stamford! founder and editor PJ Kennedy in a news release.
