STAMFORD, CT — East Main Street in Stamford is closed to vehicular and pedestrian traffic in both directions at the Darien line, police said Friday afternoon on Twitter. The street is closed due to a collapsed utility pole and power lines down in the area, police said.
Travelers may want to avoid the area and seek out alternate routes.
