Second Arrest Made In 2018 Homicide Of 16-Year-Old: Stamford PD
Stamford authorities announced on Tuesday that a second arrest has been made in connection with the 2018 death of 16-year-old Marcus Hall.

STAMFORD, CT—The Stamford Police Department Major Crimes Unit announced on Tuesday in a news release that they've made a second arrest in the 2018 shooting death of 16-year-old Marcus Hall.
According to the news release, investigators arrested John Montero-Delossantos, 21, and charged him with murder and conspiracy at murder on Tuesday. Hall was shot multiple times on the evening of Sept. 20, 2018, in the area of 62 Pequot Ln.
"Delossantos was arrested at the Stamford courthouse as he is in the custody of the Connecticut Department of Corrections," police said. "Delossantos is currently serving a sentence for prior crimes committed in Stamford."

Last week, investigators arrested Isaias Delacruz, 21, of Stamford, for his role in Hall's death. Delacruz was located at the Stamford courthouse where he was appearing on an unrelated criminal matter. Delacruz was charged with murder, conspiracy at murder, and carrying a pistol without a permit. He was being held on a $2 million court-set bond.
