SportSeen: Stamford High Hoops Downs Westhill, 55-49

After losing their last two games by only one point, Stamford pulls off a comfortable win by beating crosstown rival Westhill in a packed home gym.

For : Anthony Davis finished with 19 points to lead Stamford, including a pair of free throws with 19.5 seconds left to secure the victory. Luis Bridtter was the unsung hero for Stamford, finishing with 14 points and, more importantly, 17 rebounds. Danny Turkvan added 13 points.

For : Tim Simmons scored 10 points, Antoine Boyd 9, Chris Walters 8.
