Stamford 123-Unit Apartment Complex Sold for $33.35 Million

The apartment building was built in 2012.

STAMFORD, CT — Parallel 41 Apartments has been bought by Paredim Partners LLC for $33.35 million.

The 124-unit luxury apartment complex is located in the downtown residential area and is nearly 100 percent occupied, mainly by young families and professionals.

The six-story building was built in 2012. It comes with a fitness center, Latitude Lounge Clubroom and 360 degree roof deck.
