Stamford American Little League Registration is Open

Stamford American Little League Spring registration is now open!

Please visit our site to register. Click on Family Login, located under Register. Anyone new to the league can create a new account by also going to Family Login but instead of logging in, just create a new account and then follow the prompts. Registration will be open until March 2nd for Majors and AAA. The lower divisions will remain open through the end of March.

The fees (not including the early bird discount) are as follows:

• T-Ball: $75
• A: $100
• AA: $120
• AAA: $170
• Majors: $170

A payment plan is available for those who want to pay in installments. Just choose this option when you register. There are also needs-based scholarships available. Please contact info@stamfordamerican.com to inquire. There is a $10 early bird registration discount for registrations completed by February 14th.

Any child who will be 8 and older this year is eligible for AAA, and those 10 and over will be eligible for Majors. The player assessments and tryouts for AAA and Majors will be held Sunday, March 6th inside at AITE. All players who want to be eligible to play in AAA or Majors, regardless of whether you already played at that level, must attend to be evaluated. When registering, please have your child register for the upper-most division at which you would like them to play.

The divisions break down is as follows:

• T-Ball: 4-year-olds and 5-year-olds who have not yet played.
• A: 5-year-olds who have already played T-Ball and 6-year-olds.
• AA: 7s and those 8 and above who do not play in AAA.
• AAA: 8-year-olds and above. You must try out and be selected for this level.
• Majors: 10-year-olds and above. You must try out and be selected for this level.

While we would encourage all players to attend the evaluations, if you will be holding your child in AA, they do not need to attend the evaluation. For the purposes of the draft, we will be evaluating all players for Majors and AAA on March 6th so all players are expected to attend.

Evaluations will be conducted in the same format as last year - you will be able to choose a half-hour slot for the evaluation. We will have groups of 24 kids each half hour with majors in the morning and AAA in the afternoon.
