STAMFORD, CT — The city of Stamford has announced its Thanksgiving recycling and sanitation schedule.
All city offices and facilities will be closed on Thanksgiving, which is Thursday, Nov. 23.
Thursday's garbage and recycling will be collected on Friday, No. 24, and Friday's collection will take place on Saturday, Nov. 25.

The transfer station and scale house will re-open for regular scheduled hours on Friday and Saturday.
