Stamford Apartment Building Sells For Big Money: Report

STAMFORD, CT — The 183-unit apartment building located at 111 Morgan St. in Stamford, known as Element One, has been sold for $78 million, making the deal the city's largest residential real estate transaction in 2018, reports the Stamford Advocate.

San Francisco-based Friedkin Realty Group bought the 220,000 square foot, two-year-old development from Fuller Development and Spinnaker Real Estate Partners of Norwalk.

Friedkin Realty Group has real estate holdings in 10 other states besides Connecticut. Its other real estate in the state includes two apartment buildings in Danbury.
