Stamford Building Purchased By IT Services Company

The company will move from its current Stamford location in early 2020.

STAMFORD, CT — Innovative Network Solutions Corp. (INSC), a Stamford-based Information Technology services company, announced Wednesday it has purchased property at 5 Hillandale Avenue. The company, which is currently located at 2001 West Main Street, will re-locate early next year.

The Hillandale Avenue property encompasses 13,000 square feet of office space in downtown Stamford. The two-story building is accessible from both Grove Street and Prospect Street, two major daily commuter routes.

"Stamford is home for INSC and we're excited to expand our footprint in this community," INSC Managing Partner Imtiaz Allie said in a statement. "Investing in this new property not only allows us to grow our operation, but it also allows us to provide new, affordable space for local businesses. I see it as a win-win."

INSC plans to renovate the property and offer space for lease to local small businesses.

The company provides IT support, IT consulting, managed IT services, virtual CTO, cyber security and Virtual CISO to businesses throughout the Tri-State region, as well as nationwide.
