STAMFORD, CT — A $10,000 winning scratch-off ticket was recently sold in Stamford, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
A Norwalk resident won the prize after playing the 30X Cash 10th Edition game, which was purchased from Shippan Candies located at 320 Shippan Ave.
