STAMFORD, CT — A Stamford business recently sold a $10,000 scratch-off winner to a local resident, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
Bull's Head Cigar, located at 51 High Ridge Road, sold the winning 10X Cash 16th Edition ticket to a New Canaan resident.

The ticket cost just $10, and the grand prize is $10,000. There are over 5 milliont tickets in existence, and just 225 grand prizes, the CT Lottery website says.
