Stamford Considers Changes to Food Truck Permits

A committee would have control over some aspects of the food truck business in Stamford.

STAMFORD, CT—The Board of Representative's public safety and health committee will meet Thursday to discuss a potential change to food truck and mobile vendor ordinances.

A drafted ordinance would establish a food truck committee that would be able to control where food vendors could sell, according to the Stamford Advocate.

The idea is to prevent food vendors from causing traffic issues.
