Stamford Deli Employee Accused of Public Indecency

A deli worker is facing public indecency and breach of peace charges after he reportedly was seen masturbating outside the establishment on Thursday.

A woman who works in a hair salon in the same complex as the High Ridge Road deli called police and reported that Miguel Romero-Leiva, 39, of Bridgeport, began masturbating while she was outside on a cigarette break in the rear of the strip mall around 1 p.m., according to The Advocate.

Romero-Leiva reportedly denied the allegations and told police that he was urinating.
